Terms of Service
PAYMENT and REFUND
· For Graphic Design, Skeb Style, Doodles and YCH Commissions, 100% of the payment is upfront.
· For Illustration and Full Character Design, 50% of the payment is upfront, and the other 50% needs to be paid after sketch approval. Any additional charges for changes are required before I send the final product.
· No refunds after I have started the work. I will contact you before I start. If for any reason you wish not to commission me anymore after I have started, the second half of the payment (if exists) will not be required if I have not finished the sketch. Any fees that occur during the refund process are the client's responsibility.GENERAL
· No matter what type of work, I have the right to display the commission for my portfolio, social media, or as examples to other clients unless the client pays for an NDA add-on. (will wait to reveal at a later date if the client wishes to keep the work a secret for upcoming projects, please inform me in the form.)
· Even if the commission is cancelled halfway, I still have the right to use the said commission for portfolio or display purposes.
· Commissions are by application only. Clients can choose to be on the waitlist in the application form if there are too many commissions for me to handle at once.
· I will decline the application if I don't think I can deliver a product with enough quality, or if I don't morally agree with the subject. I will contact the applicant after closing the form if I accept the commission.
· Please refer to my Trello (work queue is on my profile) for the progress of the commissions.USE
· Do not use my work for AI or NFTs.
· Do not claim the artwork as your own work. Credits are not required but are highly appreciated.
· Do not trace, edit or copy my work in any way. If you would like to slightly alter or upgrade the outfit/character design I made, please let me know and still credit me.
· Do not use my artwork in the production of merchandise if you did not purchase a commercial use licence when the commission does not include full commercial rights.
If you wish to use a past commission for commercial use, please contact me through email ([email protected]) or Twitter DMs.By commissioning me, all clients agree to the acceptance of the Terms of Service
